Each steak will weight at least 1.5# and are cut about 1.25” thick. We cook ours with a generous amount of salt and pepper with a dash of garlic.

Angus Striploin Steak or New York Strip is a tender cut of meat that is great on the grill or sliced for stir fry. These Angus cuts are guaranteed to grade out at Prime or top end of Choice cuts. Each steak is approximately one pound or more and cut about 1” thick.

2- 6oz Angus Tenderloin Steaks guaranteed to grade out to Prime or top end of Choice cuts. This is a very tender steak with great flavor and internal fat marbling. Perfect to season and throw on the grill or wrap with bacon and roast in a hot oven. Thickness will vary but all packages will weigh at least 12oz.
